We build products. And we run them.

Consulting proves itself slowly. Products prove themselves in public. This is where we run the group's AI stack, with our own money at stake. Operating businesses teaches what advising them never will.

ChinaTalentDeskplatform · China · live

Freelancers in China, hired from anywhere.

Hiring a freelancer in mainland China from abroad tends to break in three places: finding the right person, paying them, and getting anything back if they vanish. ChinaTalentDesk closes all three. You describe the job in English, AI search shortlists vetted profiles, and you invite up to six to quote. One contract with Beyond Border Group in Hong Kong, paid milestone by milestone in your own currency. Our mainland entity pays the freelancer in RMB, and only once you approve the work.

An independent French media on dogs.

A media site for French dog owners: a complete breed library, sourced practical guides, interactive tools, classifieds, dog-sitting and a professional directory. We built it and run it on our AI content and publishing stack, and it is financed without animal-brand money. Live at bbchien.fr today.

The DeuceLadder homepage, showing live ladder standings.
DeuceLaddersoftware · live

Tennis ladders that actually get played.

A ladder is a standing ranking. You challenge someone above you, you win, you take their rung. No fixtures, no team, no schedule handed to you in March. The hard part was never the ranking, it was the chasing: DeuceLadder runs the response deadlines, the play windows, the two-sided score confirmation, and the decay that pushes quiet players back down. Seasons run six to twelve weeks. Standings are public, and you do not need an account to read them.

The Visit Moganshan homepage, a bamboo path in the mist.
Visit Moganshanmedia · China · live

The mountain three hours from Shanghai.

Bamboo, cloud, stone villas left behind by the foreigners who summered there in the 1930s. Moganshan is where Shanghai goes when Shanghai gets unbearable, and there was no guide to it worth the name in English. So we wrote one: the trails, the villas, where to sleep, what a weekend really costs. It is live, and new pages keep landing.

The stack, with skin in the game.

Client work shows what the stack can do on someone else's budget. These products show what it does on ours: real traffic, real costs, and no way to hide when something breaks.

What survives here is what we recommend there.
