The brand
SohoMD is a US-based telepsychiatry and teletherapy provider treating depression, anxiety, and attention deficit disorder. The platform gives patients fast access to licensed clinicians through mobile and web, with secure provider communication built in, part of a broader push to close global gaps in mental health care.
The challenge
SohoMD needed more patient leads and a brand experience that matched the quality of care on the other side of the screen. The existing site was dated, search visibility was limited, and paid acquisition was not yet pulling its weight. The agency was asked to refresh the brand, redesign the website, and turn search and ads into reliable growth channels.
Our approach
We led a full brand reinvigoration: new visual assets, a redesigned website, ongoing site management, aggressive advertising, and structured SEO. The design direction leaned on simplicity, modern layout, and a calming color system that reflects the platform’s wellness mission, removing friction from the patient intake flow.
On the performance side, we built Google Ads campaigns targeted at high-intent queries around depression, anxiety, and ADHD care, and optimized a core set of 150 keywords for organic search. The two channels were tuned together so paid spend did not cannibalize organic growth.
Results
Post-launch, SohoMD saw improved conversion rates and stronger ROI across brand, site, and media. The SEO program was built to double Google organic traffic within six months, giving the practice a compounding acquisition channel alongside its paid campaigns.
